Information you choose to send
The form asks for your name, contact details and postcode. Room details, property age, current finish, listing status, timing and notes help us understand the proposed work. Photographs are sent separately by email, not uploaded through this form. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive personal information.
We use enquiry information to respond, assess the work and prepare or follow up a requested quotation. Where you ask us to quote for work, this processing is for steps at your request before a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in answering general enquiries and protecting the form against misuse.
How the enquiry reaches us
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form enquiries are passed to our Back From Black lead system using Supabase, and our enquiry-handling tools help the team respond. These providers process information to provide those services. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts; that request may disclose technical connection information to Google.
We do not sell your enquiry information. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Only send photographs you are entitled to share; we do not publish a customer's address on the site.
Visit information and storage
An enquiry may include the page it was sent from, a referring website and campaign information present in the page address. This helps us understand how enquiries find us. The form does not place advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not save your enquiry in local browser storage. Hosting and security services may record technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
